I have used Hidden Valley Dips mix on roasted potatoes and received compliments from my in-laws! I've used the mix on chicken and beef fajitas. I've made Hidden Valley's beef and noodle recipe using the dip mix which my family loved. And of course, using it as a dip for veggies and chips is great! My family also likes to use it as a baked potato topper instead of plain sour cream!

i chunk up my white potatoes in my electric roaster. Spay them with olive oil or buttery non fat spray. Then sprinkle the packet of Ranch dry dressing mix over the potatoes. I shake the food up, turn on the roaster and enjoy the aroma. Then when done, I really enjoy the flavor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I'm looking for authentic ranch flavor, then I go to Hidden Valley Ranch dressing. I'v tried other "Ranch" dressing mixes and have decided not to waste my money on any thing other than Hidden Valley.

I’ve been buying and using the big container of HVR mix for years and always have a container of salad dressing in the fridge. I noticed occasionally it would be runny, but now recently it’s almost every time. I’ve gone through 2 containers and thrown so many batches away because it’s like liquid. Over the years I mostly use skim or 1% milk and never had a problem for years, but the last few times I’ve used 2% Just to see if that makes a difference. I’m using regular Kraft or Helmans Mayo and measuring carefully. I’ve tried adding more Mayo and/or seasoning mix to try to get it to thicken but it just stays watery. VERY DISAPPOINTED!! What’s going on??? I’m wasting a lot of money on ingredients!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family LOVES the dip mix. We use it in so many recipes. Hamburgers, potato fries, mashed potatoes, pastas, breads, on veggies. We use it to season just about anything. And of course it is perfect as a dip for fresh veggies or chips. When I can't get my little boys to eat something we just give them a little Hidden Valley dip and it disappears. This is a product that is alwasy available in my cabinet.

I'm a little bit of a Ranch-a-holic, so when I saw this was available, I had to grab a bottle. I used it to make Crack Chicken (a my coworker called the recipe) and it was so nice to not have to go out to buy the little packets of seasoning mix. I also had a craving for dip, and didn't have the packets, so ta da I had the bottle of mix, instant dip.

I love to add a dash to French Fries, pizza, cold cooked shrimp, Mac n cheese, chicken breasts, hamburgers, baked potatoes...anything you like the flavor combination will be great! Also convenient for making dressing or dip! It’s delicious as a seasoning or condiment!

This item is perfect for someone like my wife, who doesn't measure ingredients, but always seems to makes the items taste great. She always just shakes it until she "thinks" its enough. And most of the time, it is enough. But from my side of things, it tastes just as great as the regular container where it is expected to measure. I have started to experiment by eyeballing it on burgers. So far so good. I would recommend this item to anyone. They will not be disappointed.
