I use this daily. I add to almost everything, but my coffee. It never clumps up, is easy to use, and adds just the right amount of flavor. I especially love the 250 decor

This is nasty stuff- not like it used to be to be Commercial Additives Mass-produced versions, such as those from Hidden Valley or Great Value, include functional ingredients for shelf stability and texture. Flavor Enhancers: Monosodium Glutamate (MSG) is a "heavy hitter" in original packets, used to provide intense umami flavor. Acids: Lactic acid and citric acid are used to control pH, act as preservatives, and add extra sourness. Thickeners %26 Stabilizers: Ingredients like maltodextrin, guar gum, xanthan gum, and calcium stearate (an anti-caking agent) ensure a consistent texture when the mix is turned into dressing.

I live alone, and I throw out a lot of salad dressings, in bottles, because they aren't used that often, and run past their expiration date. I use dressings for cooking and spicing up a drab piece of meat or fish. I saw this product as a way to keep the flavor available without wasting the product. Already I have mixed some into a container of sour cream, for a spicy bit of dip, for chips. I never buy premixed dips, as they too get tossed after being pushed to the back of the fridge and forgotten.

I bought this last week since our grocery stoere hasn't had hidden valley dip mix packets in a few months, thinking it would be the same thing or very similar. I couldn't have been more wrong. The taste of dip I made with this power is completely different than the dip mix packet, and not in a good way. I've got a whole canister of this powder that I'll be throwing away now.

I absolutely love Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning, Dressing and Dip Mix! I use it as a dressing and a dip and it is great on chicken wings, pizza, chicken tenders, pork cutlets, beef of any kind (hamburgers, steak, etc.). So convenient to use and economical.

I add this to 0 fat greek yogurt and make a dip or dressing!!

We love to add this to roasts, chicken, anything! Great price for this item!
