May taste good but monosodium glutamate can cause severe headaches and artificial flavors are not good. Surely there are more natural flavorings to add instead of synthetic chemicals.

I absolutely love this shaker! It adds such a great flavor to pretty much anything all you do is shake it on to your favorite meal and it flavors it very well! Y whole family loves it!
