I have used this shaker on french fries, popcorn, and pretzels. It is awesome to make your own fresh salad dressing too. I use this with a cup of greek yogurt and splashes of milk to thin it out a bit. For any ranch lover, this is an absolute must!

I take this dry mix (2 teaspoons) and mix with Greek non fat yogurt to make a non fat dip that I can use with my weight loss program meal planning. It is not only delicious, it is Zero points added to my daily total. LOVE IT!

I bought this just to try it and felt in love with it, I put it on my meats like seasoning and also on my popcorn, mix peanuts and mix crackers. This make everything taste better.
