I like both the ranch and the siesta flavors. One is just like the original Hidden Valley Ranch dressing and the other a bold and spicy ranch. I keep them on hand for a dip for fresh vegetables. Great made with fat free sour cream for the dieters in your life.

Variety in taste is the experience of using this powder. On fresh tomatoes, cucumbers. radishes, sprinkled on cottage cheese, even sprinkled on white rice with butter, or a baked potato....awesome! Apply LIGHTLY until you identify the level of your taste preference. Personally I found the taste of garlic to come through more pronounced in the powder than in dips or bottled Ranch. This product is fun to discover its many uses.

This is a very versatile seasoning. Our favorite way to use it is to blend it into a small amount of sour cream (to taste), add eggs and scramble in a small bowl (add eggs slowly and stir thoroughly to blend; cook with your favorite meat (bacon, sausage or spam) and have a wonderful egg sandwich!

I was so unhappy that the club stopped carrying this and went to the package with packets instead. Not thrilled that I have to buy it in a two pack online, but who am I kidding?!? We use this stuff all the time and this guarantees that I won’t run out!

A lot of my recipes call for one packet of ranch seasoning. By purchasing this I can save money by not purchasing a two or three pack. My boys love it they really like it when I make it homemade like with the seasoning and the mayonnaise and the sour cream.

The trick to this is not to eat it right away. Whether you use sour cream or light sour cream, you need to use a 16 oz. tub. Vigorously stir it in with a fork (not a spoon) or wire whisk. Put the lid on and let it set in the refrigerator at least a couple hours. Overnight is better because it gives plenty of time for the powder to rehydrate and for the taste to come out. If you do this, you will have the best dip at your party, even better than readymade dip (far better), that your guests had ever tasted. I used Great Value Light Sour Cream and mine couldn't have tasted better.

This item states it is the Fiesta. It is not the Fiesta, it is the original. I was just going off of the title by item and didn't pull it up until received original instead of Fiesta. I like original but wanted Fiesta. 3 stars is because it is identified incorrectly.

Great for making holiday dips. I also use it for seasoning when cooking. With this container I always have it on hand. Since I live in the south where we are plagued with so much humidity I seal up most of the container in another air tight jar to keep it from getting clumpy.

I see many, many more jars of this in my future. We love ranch dressing, ranch dip, and ranch seasoning in our foods. So does everyone else. Our local store can't keep the packets on the shelf. They are always out. Well after today, I don't care, cause I found my solution. My only complaint is that I didn't buy more when I made my last purchase. Look out Sam's here I come.
