I bought the Vitamix 5300 as my home blender, I do have other equipment for my restaurants. After using it on daily basis to see if it will pass the daily strenuous restaurant load for 10 days in a row, now I regret spending all the money I spent on the other equipment I have. This model is not the biggest capacity nor power that Vitamix offers on the larger models,. Can you imagine how much more I would be pleased if I added the larger model to my list of equipment in my restaurant kitchens ? I am beyond impressed. It actually does what it says. All I can say is, BUY IT you will not regret it at all.

I have been using my Certified Reconditioned 5300 vitamix for a week and it has been great. I use it every morning for my green smoothie. I have more energy and do not feel sluggish at the beginning of the day. I am in the process of making soy milk now. I can't wait to see how that comes out and if I will be able to make Almond milk also. It fits nicely under my counter which I really like because I don't like having to hall out something to use it every day. The wide base pitcher is also so much easier to scrap things out from the tines. Thanks Vitamix

This is the first Vitamix blender that I have owned and I am completely satisfied. I have no complaints. I store the blender right on the counter top. It fits perfectly below my upper cabinets. It cleans up easily as long as you rinse it immediately after use and don't leave food in the pitcher to dry. The power that you get from the motor is outstanding. Nothing seems to be too much for it. We have used it for smoothies only so far but I am excited to try to make soups and nut milks as well. I have replaced my morning fast food stop with a green smoothie because of the 5300. I am a Vitamixer for life.

Ive had my new machine for less than a week but the fact that it stalls with 4 cups of ice and 3 cups of water in it really troubles me, I had to use the tamper because it was really stuck. They arent even big ice cubes either. I will leave another review after ive had it awhile if need be

I bought this model 5300 two months ago during one of Vitamix's "flash" sales for what seemed like at the time a very good price. Last night we plugged it in and tried to turn it on. It tripped all the electrical circuits in the kitchen which had to be reset. Once we got our kitchen outlets reset, the blender would not turn. The base now has an odor like burnt electrical. We've owned many Vitamix blenders over the year and never had any major issues until now.

qqI finally pulled the trigger and bought myself this Vitamix blender after wanting one for several years! I was so excited when it arrived yesterday. Indeed it does fit under my cabinets but only for storage and without the plunger thing in the blender. I have most of my appliances put up on shelving in my garage but this baby is going to be proudly displayed on my countertop! Afterall, it IS the mack daddy of all blenders! I made a smoothie this morning and it was awesome!!!

Quite possibly thee best money anyone as ever spent anywhere!!! I've had my 5300 for a month now and have used it every single day. I still marvel at it's power, ease of use, end result and easy clean-up. This is an investment in a new lifestyle. Never, 'just' a blender.

Ive owned a pretty decent blender from another company for years, but it never quite did the job right. Chunks were left in all smoothies, no soups could be processed efficiently and overall it was put away each time after use. After getting serious about my health and what I put into my body as well as all my family members bodies... I started to do research on blenders. After 6 months of review after review, and rating after rating... after testing ALL top blender brands in my home (some borrowed, some bought and returned)... I settled on Vitamix and never looked back! These blenders can do it all and more. I now make a heathy smoothie or drink every morning or whenever the mood strikes me. I make soups at least twice a week. All taste wonderful, are using clean fresh ingredients of my choosing, and all take little to no prep time or processing time. I NEVER put this blender away since I use it so much and display it on my counter top like a trophy Ive won after a hard fought competition. Vitamix truly is the king and has blown through every challenge I have put it to with ease and grace. My children, wife and I all are eating better foods, cleaner and leaner eating all while enjoying immense flavor and control over the food. It feels really good to have a wonderful tool that allows me to take some of the control back from the major processed foods that fill the vast percentage of foods in our grocery stores. Thank you Vitamix. I am truly a happy customer and now VItamix loyalist for life!

Bought the 5300 in March 2023, returned first unit 2 weeks later due to motor issues. Received new unit beginning of April and returning again just 4 months later due to another motor malfunctioning. Blend simple foods such as yogurt, fruits and veggies, nothing crazy or overly hard or large. Very disappointed in quality of Vitamix so far as I had higher expectations from their products. Going on third unit after only 5 months.

Got a Vitamix 5300 for Mother’s Day from my husband and love it! The first day I received it I must have made three different smoothie for my kids. My husband is on a diet and will be used for both of us as we try to eat healthier. Never been more pleased with a home appliance in my life!
