We've had it 3 months. It quit working-wouldn't power on. Sent it to Vitamix and they replaced the motor. Said 3-5 days and we'd have it back. It took 10 days. It worked for 30 seconds and the same thing happened. Called Vitamix. They said they would overnight ship as soon as they received ours back again. That was last week. We still don't have it back. I was told they would overnight it yesterday (Wednesday). Today when I called they said it should go out Friday. We won't get it until Monday. Another week and a half. They don't know why it wasn't expedited. Poor product and very poor customer service. I asked for a refund. We will be returning the new one when we get it. Will look for a better quality product from another company

This blender is amazing! Great deal with $100 off. Only had this blender for 3 days but I’m in love.

Bought ths in Jue for my house in Florida. Arrived only to find it worked for 5 pitchers....so disappointed!!
