NOT SO with Ensure, I like drinking it and it gives me energy. I have enen thought about drinking more than one day mainly when it's summer and hot outside and I want a cool refreshing drink. Instead of a soft drink I reach for Ensure.

She drinks Ensure for protein and likes the chocolate flavor - we cap it for later in the day when she can't drink the full bottle. Has to be timed with the carbo levo medication she uses.

Although that sounds healthy, it can be hard to drink especially if you're dealing with nausea or can't ingest very much at once. During a recent hospital stay, I tried Ensure Enlive for the first time. It tastes so good! Honestly, I'd drink 4 or 5 a day if I could. Thanks for making meal replacement drinks that I don't dread drinking! :)

It has helped her to gain weight and she says she also feels better. She is a very active person who still takes care of her own yard, etc. She tends to burn more calories than she will eat so Ensure helps to balance her intake with the amount she uses. I highly recommend Ensure to ensure a balanced meal.

I like the taste and I like is not thick at all. However I do feel that it's really expensive. You get 4 I'm a pack paying 13. That's alit if money when your drinking this 2x a day.

I have a lot of stomach issues and can't eat most foods or when I'm not at home and these drinks somewhat substitute for food until I can get back home. I also struggle with my weight, my body can gain and keep on weight so drinking 3 of these a day really helps me maintain a solid weight and if I increase my food intake with these I can actually make myself gain a couple pounds. I swear I recommend these to at least 1 person a day lol
