NOT SO with Ensure, I like drinking it and it gives me energy. I have enen thought about drinking more than one day mainly when it's summer and hot outside and I want a cool refreshing drink. Instead of a soft drink I reach for Ensure.

I need all the Protein I can safely get as the cancer I have causes my cells to give up the protein and Ensure helps to replenish the Protein I am loosing. Although that sounds healthy, it can be hard to drink especially if you're dealing with nausea or can't ingest very much at once. During a recent hospital stay, I tried Ensure Enlive for the first time. It tastes so good! Honestly, I'd drink 4 or 5 a day if I could.
