[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I usually have Ensure 5-6 times/week. I often put a cold Ensure in a blender with 5-6 large frozen strawberries and it creates a great shake. Other frozen fruits, i.e. blueberries, mangos, etc. are also very good. Sometimes I even use chocolate ice cream. SOOOO DELICIOUS! Love it!

However, I am concerned about my health and I find taking 2 ensures per day, one at 2 AM and the other 2 PM. She prefers it over other protein drinks because it is less sweet, she enjoys the flavor and it is easily digestible. It gives her important protein and calories since she doesn't have much of an appetite and many foods no longer agree with her. She also enjoys the dark chocolate flavor which we sometimes have trouble finding.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Its the best I've ever had. The one i drink is butter pecan. Can't drink the usual chocolate vanilla and strawberry. But i truely live on the butterpecan. I have a very small tummy so by taking this drink 4 or 5 times a day I'm able to do my everyday things. It allows me to live and not worry if I'm getting enough nourishment during the day. It's the best around.
