[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband drinks one of these every night. he loves the Strawberry. what we do is put it in the freezer about 3 hours before he wants to drink it and it comes out frozen, he then wraps a paper towel around it for about 15-30 minutes and when he is ready he shakes the product and it gets real slushy and he loves it.

The bottle caps and packaging are easy for her to open herself, which was a problem with another brand of nutritional supplement.
