Having Ensure as an option greatly improves my daily life because I can just grab it and go without much worry about how it will affect my stomach. The strawberry is my favorite but I've tried the chocolate and butter pecan and like them as well!

Being alone and trying to eat properly I decided to try the Ensure, but, changed to the dark chocolate as I favored dark to milk. I have been using it ever since and I do believe it is providing the added nutrition needed in my diet. I have been able to maintain my weight and health and I give credit to the Ensure.
