At the ripe ole age of 73 I don't always have the energy to prepare meals so find my self not eating as well as I should and Ensure helps balance out my poor eating habits. I teach Exercise and Line dancing classes at St. Pete Beach Recreation Center twice a week, and Line Dancing at a Senior Residence, Westminster Palms located in downtown St. Petersburg, FL once a week. I love it and my students worship me. My doctors say to keep it up Carol. I will. Ensure gives me the extra dip in my hip and hep in my step I need to be able to enjoy teaching my classes without any problems.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the Dark Chocolate Ensure. It is great, and tastes like a milkshake. I sometimes mix in some vanilla ice cream for a thicker, creamier shake. I have also frozen it in cubes and it is like a fudgesicle!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am going to say that I have been put on a puree diet and I love the ensures that I drink and there is nothing close to the taste of the ensures supplement drinks and my favorite is the Strawberry but I love all 3 drinks and continue to use them for my diet, since my digestive system is not working properly and I am being maintenance for my liver issue. I am on a fixed income and the price for the drinks are expensive for me with my co-pays for medicine and other things that come along with the expenses of living I have a hard time getting to be able to have the drinks on a daily basis and I would love to be able to afford them to use for my diet everyday.
