I really improved in metabolism and energy. I have tired and like the variety of flavors. I drink it cold, over ice and as a shake. My doctor encouraged the continued addition of ensure into my lifestyle. Sometimes is I don't want a meal I am satisfied with my drink of choice. I really like that it is easy on my digestive system. He has tried other bands and was not happy, He told me to purchase Ensure Original for him and not to purchase anything else. He prefers Coffee Latte flavor but I can't find it anymore so he drinks the chocolate.

Our love for ensure started about 12 years ago when he was recovering from a fall that pretty much paralyzed him. I believe that using Ensure helped him get back on his feet again and he still enjoys it every morning!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried Ensure (Original Nutrition Shake) accidentally, while finishing relatives left over ½ bottle of serving. Upon drinking it intermittently for a few days I noticed a distinct boost in energy while playing tennis. Discontinuing Ensure noticeably decreased the effect. The high protein does not appear to grant the same benefit, at least in my case. I am a 65 year old man. I would highly recommend trying Ensure.

Therefore I eat very little and have had a hard time getting enouph protein to be up and about much less being active. I'm unable to drink protein drinks for the whey affects me greatly. Since I started drinking an Ensure on a daily basis, sometimes two/day, I feel so much better, look better and am able to be very active. Having a horse ranch I need to be active and Ensure ensures that I do. My wife always knows the difference from day to day if I've had an Ensure or not, not just from being more active and energetic but from my looks. She says I walk without slouching and she can see in my face that I just feel better.
