This flavor is the only one he likes, and I do not have to bribe him to drink it. He willingly accepts it without complaint.

The nurses would give her an Ensure. She would drink it with a straw that the nurses would hold to her mouth and when I was there I would do it. She always seemed to enjoy it, so I tasted it once and it was good. So naturally when I choose it.

Today at age 88 I spent the day outside weedy, and transplanting my Peace lily that out grew its container. Had my dinner, showered and went to church. Since my heart attacks ensure as a whole has been life saving to in order provide me protein and wanting to drink something nice. I also put in the freezer for slushes.

I have more than a year taking three Ensure as dinner every day. I take them between six and seven in the afternoon. Then I go to sleep at nine o'clock at night and my stomach does not feel full. The effect on my health is very good. I recommend it to many relatives and they also take it, not as much as I do.
