I have been using it ever since. I found that it also helps me increase my energy which at my age (74) is very important. I recommend Ensure to anyone that needs a little more energy.

I have tried other products and they don't give you the satisfying taste or fullness quite like equate does. I'm always looking to up my vitamin and protein levels, I was getting maybe 10-15mg a day a average female requires 70mg, think that over. I was feeling so unhealthy when I started and now I feel full off life... it works...

If and whenever I drink coffee...I try to look for the "nut-flavored" creamers. So, when I came across this, Butter Pecan, I jumped on it! I felt like I was drinking crushed up chalk that's had water added to it with the other brands. With Ensure, I can honestly say that I've been pleasantly surprised and have found none of that to be true. That is DEFINITELY NOT the case with Ensure. I was skeptical at first to try, but glad I did. I enjoy a bottle every morning with breakfast or on my drive doing errands. I prefer the milk chocolate, but I have tried Strawberry and enjoy that flavor as will. None of the chalky taste or terrible after taste like you have with other brands. I would highly recommend Ensure to anyone and everyone as a great part of a healthy diet. One more side note. I don't often give high marks on reviews of products, unless I truly believe they are well deserved. I get them out lightly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ensure provides my husband the nutrients that he needs while undergoing radiation and targeted therapy treatment for his lung cancer. Often times he does not have the appetite to eat solid food and Ensure gives him the energy and sustenance that his body needs. It is a complete meal because it gives him the stamina even without eating the regular meals. Likewise, the whole family drink it as well to give us the nutrients and supplements we need everyday.

So when the trip to replenish our supply arrives, fortunately I am feeling strong enough to go "pick up" 4 multi packs. Pretty good for a woman my age!! (Must be the Ensure!)

Love the taste of this product, and the fact that it has less sugar than some other brands. Dark Chocolate is my favorite, but Vanilla and Milk Chocolate are really yummy too. My mother would like here almost like a slushy. Its like a drink you can savor and take your time with. Now that they are in bottle form, it's more convenient. The price has changed over the years but still taste good. Enjoy!!!
