I can safely drink it without having anaphylaxis or causing flare ups with my intestines. The taste is great and I enjoy the milk chocolate flavor.

It is good to have for a quick protein pick me up, when I don't have time to make a meal on the run. It holds me over until I can make a healthy meal.

I began using this product then and continue to use it every day since to ensure I receive the nutrients my body needs.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I enjoy a bottle of Ensure each day as a way to keep up my energy. It is a tasty way to supplement my diet and keep my 72 year old body doing its best. The butter pecan is my favorite flavor, not as boring as chocolate or vanilla.

I have variable GI issues that mean sometimes I can't handle solid food for days, weeks, or even months. Ensure helps keep me nourished and at a decent weight during these times, as it's one of the few foods I can keep down. I love most of the flavors but the coffee is one of my favorites.

I usually drink my first Ensure of the day first thing in the morning and to me it’s a great way to start the day. I enjoy all of the flavors but the one I keep coming back to is the vanilla. When I first starting to drink Ensure, I expected some sort of aftertaste. I was pleased to discover that this is not the case

I don't give it to him as a substitute for a meal but after to make sure he's had the daily needed vitamins and protein. I give him several each day and it helps relive my mind and feel even between the meals that he is getting what his body needs.
