For 2-3 years my breakfast is a Milk Chocolate Ensure! I give my cat a capful every morning and he is addicted too! lol I am a chocolate milk addict and this beats it. I love the flavor. I try to catch it on sale at Sam’s and load up!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last Fall I went for a doctor's visit because I was so tired all the time and just couldn't find anything to help me feel better. I had been eating my vegetables, fruit and proteins as I have always done including taking my vitamins, but he felt I needed more help. He proceeded to hand me a six pack of Ensure from his office and told me to drink one per day and that it would help me to feel better. To me that was a tall order for a little bottle to accomplish, but within three days I felt the difference in my energy level. What a great product and I am still using it to this day.
