It's light and smooth, has a nice rich flavour. I have 2 children so I am always in a rush in the mornings making lunches and breakfasts for the kids I sometimes forget to eat! Ensure has made it possible for myself to get the nutrients I need without sacrificing the time I need to get my kids started for their day.

I started sipping Original Vanilla Ensure day by day and started getting my strength back and gaining weight. If it hadn't been for Ensure I don't know what would've happened. I have kept drinking Ensure over the many years to supplement my diet as I never fully recovered from my condition. It still helps me everyday. If you have lost weight and are very ill with any type of stomach/colitis then this is a must have staple in your diet. It has no lactose either if you are sensitive. I tried to get it threw medical for my daughter but they denied it . because of her weight doctor says she thin for her height and age. so I give her the ensure but can't buy it all the time can't afford it so I get it when I can .great for a good snack or just any time of the day .I even stuck them in the freezer and made it like a milk shake .love love love .

I looked in the store recently and did not find it one the shelf with the other similar products was disapointed. Will need to search more.
