I have an Ensure every day, per Doctor's orders and I really love the drink. It has helped me so much and I plan to make Ensure part of my daily routine. The flavors are delicious and a nice variety. I like them all, but the Strawberry is wonderful!

I'm also aware that my Vitamin intake is being supplemented..especially on days that I forget to take my Vitamins. I also like the Ensure Original nutrition powder as it is not sweet or you can sweeten it with syrups.

It tastes like a vanilla milkshake, so it goes down easy. It gives me energy and strength to go through my day. It also helps me to keep weight on. I first drank it with the dentist suggestion and didn't like the taste so since I needed to gain weight he suggested making a milk shake with ice cream and it was delicious. Now it is my night time snack. I drink one every night and it gives me what I need to keep my weight regulated. A great product.

It makes me fill full and satisfied. some time it is to hard to find all of the flavors at the store that at. It cost a bit high, so therefore I can't buy what I want.
