This product, especially vanilla, is delicious and certainly helps with maintaining fluid, hydration and receiving enough protein for me and my love ones. My elderly relatives always makes certain to have Ensure part of their daily intake because of the benefits and the easy digestion, absorption and metabolizing it is for the body.

It is my favorite flavor and I continue to have excellent health at the young age of 80+. I do add an ice cube which really makes it seem like a milkshake and a real treat in addition to its nutritional benefits. I highly recommend drinking Ensure.

I think his favorite flavor is butter pecan. I feel good about giving him Ensure because he is getting some nutrition that he otherwise would not get. He likes it at room temperature, which I find interesting. Myself, I prefer it chilled. I would say my favorite is also butter pecan. It makes a good between meals snack as well a drink to go with meals. I am my husband's 24/7 caregiver and I feel it helps keep me strong and healthy. I don't have anything bad to say about the taste. I keep mine in the refrigerator and can easily grab one on the go. I will be trying the other flavors soon for variety. I am very pleased with this product . I take one daily to keep away the "droops".
