[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter is just learning how to write letters and the Ticonderoga Beginner pencils have been perfect for her. They are large enough that she can easily hold her pencil properly and have a good grip on the pencil while writing letters. Like all Ticonderoga pencils, the beginner pencils are great quality. The tip is strong enough so that when she applies too much pressure on the tip it doesn’t break. The wood is also strong and durable.These pencils come in a pack of 12 unshapened pencils therefore she has plenty of pencils to last her a while.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This pencil is PERFECT for my 3.5 year old preschooler. He can hold it easily with the correct grip and he has good control over the pencil itself. It's thicker and the lead is thicker so it's easy for him to manipulate and not get frustrated in practicing and tracing. Highly recommend!
