Bought this system for security at a business and it far exceeds the system I had. Easy to set up, excellent quality, exceptional camera clarity and wide angle screen covering a large area, easily assessable from your phone. Well worth the money. You won't be disappointed.

Camera is 5 mega pixel but performance is not look like as 5 mp but overall price factor is still good.

I bought this product 2 weeks ago waste of money. It's shame wholesale like Sam's club sells products like this. I would not recommend this camera system to anyone looking for security system.

So I purchased this item to upgrade my existing system. Nothing but problems. Cameras work for a little while then go offline. This is repetitious all day long. Contacted support was on the phone 6 hours in a two day span and nothing resolved. Evrytime I would call they would tell me do the same steps over and over again. Since you are calling India it's hard to understand what they are sayings as well. This company use to have great support back in the day when they had a location in California. This system is going back after I get a new one installed. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time you will just get frustrated like me!

Total waste of money! ALL 16 cameras fogged on the INSIDE of the outer lense within 2 hours of installation. Even the two cameras installed inside my home fogged! Tech support want to send me identical replacements. With all 16 failing, what do you think the chance that the replacements will work. I must take down the newly installed cameras, mail them to Q-SEE and then await replacements. They would not send replacements until I returned the defective ones, causing me to duplicate installation costs. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!
