The amount of protein in this surpasses most, if not all, other shake type drinks on the market. Gives you plenty of energy and keeps you feeling full for hours.

This shake since it came out has been my every morning coffee additive. I can't drink my coffee without it. I was buying it locally but no one had it around here anymore. I found this site and even though it's a bit more it is so worth the difference in price.

When I opened it, I was initially disappointed in the appearance of it. It just doesn't look enticing or healthy at all. I would hope that they would change their label to make you want to drink it more. I was excited by the idea of a chocolate flavored protein shake. But like the other flavor I was sent, I just didn't think it was for me in the end. It's not a product that I thought was really great and would purchase on my own. This might be something for you if you're looking for a diet supplement and a boost of protein, but it just wasn't my thing.

I use for breakfast meal replacement since I am usually running out the door. I feel good knowing that I'm getting the vitamins/minerals I need as well as feeling full until lunch. It's so delicious and by far my favorite flavor of protein. I highly recommend this it's already in its own little container ready to go.
