Purchased these today and popped one into the freezer. I am currently 12wks pregnant and was told on my last blood test I'm low on protein and need to intake an additional 20-30 grams a day to help with my creatinine levels. Im still having morning sickness and not very hungry- they suggested protein bars (again not hungry). We found these and they seemed easy enough, as Im thirsty all the time. They are sweet- similar to kool aid or hawaiian punch, but without the sugar. Theres a weird flavor that coats your mouth (but only when drinking- goes away once swallowed), it may be the sweetness or protein. Neverless, its easy to drink and Im able to get my protein. It hasn't made me nauseous, have stomach bloat or upset- which has been hard to achieve! I mixed with water to tone down the sweetness, and also tried mixing with lemonade, both worked great! Best when super cold- almost slushy consistency. :)

It is way way too sweet I couldn't even take more than 2 sips so to say if it gives energy or anything else couldn't tell ya. Cause it is GROSS!!!! And tell me why why why why add dyes to it ! I used to purchase this when I could get it in a case at a club warehouse. Unfortunately, it has been difficult for me to find over over several years. Loved, loved, loved the product. I did have to water it down some, however, still a fabulous product.

I like the Premier clear protein drinks really well. However, over the last 2 months I have had a hard time finding them and the price is ridiculous! while u was paying $19.97 for a pack of 12, recently the price has increased to $48.00 a case of 12. I just cant bring myself to pay that kind of money for then.

Good source of protein without Carbs. Very sweet, and has a slight after taste.

It's great just add some ice if it's sweet for you.
