These are delicious. Not too sweet and they fill me up. I use them a snack midday and it helps with drinking my water too!

I discovered this drink while recovering from multiple surgeries. I wanted to consume as much protein as I could without the calories or sugar. I drink two a day to supplement my protein intake for a better recovery.

This tastes great, and is an easy way to up my protein intake. I've never really enjoyed shakes (I don't like ice cream and milk shakes). This has been a great addition to my nutrition plan. I hope they will expand into more flavors.

...dilute all varieties of Premier Clear 1:1 with cold water, to cut the sweetness. Makes for a much tastier way to hydrate that way, too! Yes, Sam's should really carry more than the single flavor.
