It's great to know that, in these uncertain times, you can always count on Premier Protein to provide just what you need and deliver it with ease. I rely on my daily shakes to provide needed protein and enjoyable flavors, and the health benefits have been enormous.

The flavor is just right! They are very convenient when I'm busy and need to be driving at lunchtime or don't have time for lunch. I take one with me and can even drink it while driving. I also have one for breakfast every morning. I have several medications I need to take in the morning and it is much easier to swallow pills with the shake than with water. They make eating healthy and being busy much easier!

My weight loss doctor recommended Premier Protein Shakes as a meal replacement for breakfast and maybe sometimes for lunch as well. I am a busy professional who does not like to cook or prepare food, so the shakes give me a satisfying meal with great taste with few carbs or calories. He also recommending adding some fruit and/or vegetables to make a smoothie, or perhaps drink the smoothie along with a salad for lunch. I found that online ordering provides me with a lot more choices than the local grocers. My only hesitation is that as a type I diabetic, I am averse to ingesting 30 grams of protein at one time. I also like the flavors that have oatmeal and only 20 grams of protein.

I started using Premier Protein shakes in January to help me lose weight. I am so delighted it is difficult to express. Starting out with my weight at 240.2 pounds, I have lost, as of today, 37.6 pounds. The greatest feature is the amount of protein; at 30 grams per serving, it is superior to any so-called diet product I have found. I am RARELY hungry, the stuff tastes great and the flavors available prevent what I call "diet boredom."I love it.

I love the convenience of substituting one for a meal. And it taste great too!
