I am a beginner in these protein drinks. I am using them more as a meal replacement to help with weight loss. This is the first time that I try a company that the drinks do not taste chalky. The strawberry and cream takes me back to the strawberry wafer cookies.

I started drinking these shakes about a month ago. I decided to start working out to lose weight.. my issue was, that I (despite the weight issue) and am not a breakfast or even lunch person.. it's more like a chore to me to have to grab something to eat.. I am often so busy and on the go it's the last thing on my mind. However, it is difficult to lose weight if you're not eating correctly.. I needed to find a way to give my body what it needed without adding extra things for me to do.. I know how that sounds but it's my reality.. I drink 2 of these a day during the work week for breakfast and lunch then I have a meal for dinner, I have lost 15 lbs in 3 weeks just but adding in some gym time after work and supplementing the meals I wouldn't normally eat, with a shake. My favorites are the strawberry, banana, or vanilla flavors.. so easy.. so convenient! Wish I had found these sooner!

Tastes just like a strawberry milkshake

I love the flavor of the Strawberries and Cream. Very light flavor not to strong or sugary.

This is my favorite flavor, so good!

Although the flavour claims to be strawberry it is so faint that it is more vanilla flavour to me.
