I'm stuck on a liver reduction diet for 6 weeks and premier protein shakes are my main source of nutrition. I have tried a few different brands and flavors but as far as premixed shakes go, this is my favorite. There are way too many chocolate/vanilla/caramel/coffee flavors and not enough fruit flavors. I only wish that this and the bananas and cream flavors were available in powder form because the premixed shakes are out of my budget for everyday use. Week 4, I'm down 20 lbs.

Best protein with high grams of protein and very little calories is what you need in order to lose weight and also good for your diet

Great as a quick breakfast with protein boost. Also as a filling midday snack helping to avoid unhealthy snacks

The strawberry flavor is really good, but it's too sweet to drink on its own. If they reformulated with less sweetener, it would be great!

I like this and the peaches and cream cold and in the summer. Others I can drink at room temp. Nice flavor though.

I drink this flavor regularly and when I'm not lazy, I make smoothies with this as the protein base. Add in some frozen fruit and yogurt and it is really delicious standalone or in a smoothie!

I love the Premier Protein drinks, but I can't find strawberry and peach in the stores anymore, and those are my favorites. What is going on? The new flavors don't taste nearly as good.
