Like the flavor. 30g of protein is good to build immune system. Need 100g a day so 2 protein 30g protein shakes a day with food that helps bring the amount you need.

it's a little sour unless you mix it with chocolate or chocolate peanut butter which has more of a sweet taste and it balances out I've also mixed it with cake batter and cookie dough and it has bounced out

Love their shakes. This flavor was not for me. Was a little too sweet and didn't taste like strawberries and cream. More like the milk left over in cereal.

Okay I'm impressed with this brand of protein shakes. With vanilla being my least favorite I add wee bit of dry peanut butter powder to it and it's very good. Such a huge difference in taste from other popular brands. No one likes having to drink this stuff is my way of thinking but if you have to..you have to and I do at the moment. Premier is way better tasting Period. They have my support and recommend it highly.

Great Price for the cartons of protein shakes but the bottles ones tastes better and of course it is higher cost. I love banana and cream, chocolate and peanut butter, chocolate, PEACHES AND CREAM, strawberry and cream, BETTER IN THE BOTTLE EVERY ONE.
