i put 3 big strawberries in 2/3 of the container, and it was as good as a strawberry shake in the nutrisystem blender.

Premier protein tastes great and it's not real thick. Works well for smoothies and gives you great energy. All the flavors are really good!

Great flavor however there is an aftertast left after you finish the drink and the shakes give you gas.

I am so happy I found this company. I have not been let down by any of the flavors. Now my husband and kids are enjoying them as well.
