I've been buying this protein drink online from Sam's for over a year - excellent drink. Low carbs with high protein.

Atkins shakes have a good taste but prefer the Premium or even the Sam's brand shakes that have 30 grams of protein!

This has become my husbands favorite on the run grab. He likes the taste and the quick access. Highly recommend the chocolate royale.

Love the dark chocolate taste. Wish they were larger and didn't cost so much. Why do things that are good for you cost so much.
