ATKINS DRINKS

I have been using protein replacements for over 20 years.  Got these this month, and still awful. Premium tastes better, and so artificial. Also makes me get cramps (not horrific—but like I'm going to get diverticulitis) or nausea. I have only drank 2 week apart, and same feeling. What a disappointment.

Artificial and Bloating

It is delicious with ice or whiteout, as a shake or Popsicle. Very handy and easy to carry and drink everywhere, don't need to be refrigerated for storage. Easy breakfast when you are in a hurry or not, same with lunch or dinner. I like it's strawberry flavor very much. It keeps me fine for three to four hours.
