These are DELICIOUS! Not exactly "filling" (if you're hungry) but they make a great snack with great nutrition numbers.

Like all the Atkins products I purchased recently, these bars give me gut pain and a lot of gas. Taste is good, but I won't buy again due to the digestive issues that happen.
