These bars are really the best keto-friendly candy bars you can buy IMO. I really like chocolate and peanuts, so this checks all the boxes. They will give you gas, and if you take certain diabetes meds they might give you a little leakage, so don't eat 2 before getting on a 6 h plane ride or you and the rest of the passengers may be in for a bad day. Highly recommend these and the coconut bars if u like chocolate!

Tastes just like a Baby Ruth, and it is the perfect size to satisfy a sweet tooth.

I had 5 bars that I had to throw away because the package wasn't sealed. Waste of money. I will not buy this again.

These are not keto they have MALTITOL!! Super bad ingredient will spike up insulin and kick you out of ketosis!! It's like eating a snickers bar!
