I have a high A1C and am always looking for low carb, no sugar sweets. I found this Adkins bar and it is the best candy bar like bar I have found thus far. I call it my baby ruth substitute. Full of peanuts and great chocolate.

Tastes as good as any conventional candy bar made with the same ingredients. Not a sacrifice but a real treat. Would gladly eat these in place of a conventional candy bar.

I have purchased a number of Atkins snacks and they are perfect for my dietary requirements, either as a mid day snack, or every now and then, as a meal replacement. Each one tastes great!

This is a great and tasty low carb treat for diabetics and those on low carb diets. Too bad it is priced at over $1.00 a piece for a small bar. Price is the deterrent in buying more of these.

Only 2 grams of sugar, so I expected that odd flavor of artificial sweetener but it doesn't have that. If I didn't know the nutritional info, I would think I was eating a regular candy bar. It will be a test of your willpower to only eat one :)

Found a dupe of these at ALDIs. I prefer the ALDI brand. Since these were on sale, I got them for my hubby. These are very good too, almost Baby Ruth, with lower sugar.

I have never tried this variety, and was a little worried about the flavor. I have found another favorite for a snack to fill the void in the day and it is not as high in sugar, and carbs as regular sweet treats. Great for x-protein too. Love them.

These are quite tasty, but one needs to be a tad cautious when eating them. They tend to crumble pretty easily, leaving a mess of chocolate and/or peanuts behind.

Love the Atkins snack bar; I like all of the Atkins bars but the Caramel Chocolate Nut Roll is one of my favorites. The added bonus is I can occasionally have a treat without feeling guilty.

These are great. It's like eating s baby Ruth or snickers without the sugar. One of the few keto foods I've tried that doesn't have a weird texture or taste.
