Awesome product for being organic. The taste is good, not like the regular whey protein which is understandable but it is not a bad taste in any way. Being organic and it having a good taste is where it shines to me because the other organic products I have tried didn't taste nearly as good. Ever since I switched to this I still have been feeling recovered after workouts so it definitely works.

I do believe that is a good protein but the flavor is not for me. I did not care for the vanilla flavor at all. This is just not the product for me. I will continue to use Nitro-Tech as my go to protein source.

Bitter with an awful aftertaste that is hard to overcome. No recipe can make this edible. I don't usually write reviews and I am pretty easy to please. I am disappointed in Sam's for carrying this. I made this mistake of assuming that it was ok since Sam's chose to carry it.

wow Purely Inspired knocked this one out of the park! I was really surprised by this protein! Within a week I was feeling better, more energy, stamina and I felt like I my sleep improved. I also had noticeable growth in muscle size, I felt like my muscles where fuller. This protein worked very fast!

This is the best plant based protein powder around. No bad after taste, tastes great in smoothies. My kids even like it. Chocolate or vanilla, both are great. My local clubs haven't had it for months, I'm so happy to see it here online. Btw, I have checked online for it before and it was not there. So happy!

I've been consuming this protein for years, and it's the best value for organic plant based protein we will probably find. I'm so upset that Sams Club recently stopped stocking it in stores and now only stock the 50% more expensive Orgain protein. It's only available by online order now, and from the looks of it being currently unavailable online, may be discontinued all together. Sams, bring this back!

I have pretty much only used whey protein in the past. Compared to whey protein, I find this to be a little bit gritty, even when mixed using a blender. The taste of the French Vanilla is great. I like to use it in a smoothie that I take either before and/or after my workout. Using it in a smoothie hides that little bit of grittiness that I experience when only mixing it with water. My other experience with a vegetable protein was horrible. The stuff would not hardly dissolve in anything, and was like trying to drink flavored sand. This Purely Inspired Organic Protein Powder is definitely worth trying if you want to get away from high cholesterol whey protein.

I've tried numerous protein drinks over the years and decided to try this one. It was horrible possibly the worst one I've ever tried I opened the container to smell it and had my fianc� smell it we both agreed it smelled like Guinness pig food. So I decided I wouldn't let the smell stop me from trying it I mixed a scoop up and tried it and almost gagged so I dumped it out cleaned the bottle thinking maybe it wasn't cleaned out good before I tried it again and if it wasn't just as bad as the first try it was worse. I think this will be the first protein powder I've ever thrown away and will never buy it again

I'm not sure I would recommend it, I'm a fat guy looking to lose some fat lbs. This stuff chocolate flavor resembles that of two tablespoons of dirt maybe some cocoa powder and in the can. DOES NOT MIX WELL WITH MILK. I had this on the road and put some in with milk and it was like drinking cocoa clumps of dirt. Little better mixing with water, but other times it doesn't mix well in a blender, clumps and sticks to sides of blender. Not best on the go, tried powder first in blades, top of milk, but water... eh need some substance to work with.
