Only one star and deserve a 0.

Bought these a few months ago. Only been used a few hours and the batteries are dead. Apparently the batteries are being depleted when not in use. Not worth changing batteries when they only last a short while. I plan to return to Sam's for a refund.

Great for renters!

I just put these up in my kitchen, and attached the remote with 3M velcro to my fridge for easy access. This is a great price for for accent lighting for a renter, so you can have the look of a modern kitchen without spending a lot of money. Remember to point the sensor out on the lights for best remote connection.

Disappointing!

Surprised that the batteries went bad with very little use, we replaced all the batteries just before the holidays, looking forward to using them when guests were here. Unfortunately, within just a three or four weeks, the batteries were dead again. We hadn't even been using them. Big waste of money.

High battery usage

I bought 3 sets a month ago and was very happy with all the features. After two weeks they got very dim. So I changed the batteries thinking the ones that came with them were old. Three per light so not a cheap fix. Now two weeks later they need to be replaced again. We are talking about lights on about 10 hours a week. Need to know if there is a fix for the battery usage.

Definitely needs improvement.

I've never seen a product destroy batteries like this before. It would be one thing if the lights only drained the life out of the batteries, but they do more than that. Almost every light pod battery compartment had at least one battery leaking/corroding. After reading other's reviews and knowing that Duracell batteries tend to have a sound reputation, I believe there is something wrong with the internal design of this product. I wouldn't buy these lights again. I'm just glad they provided the batteries because it would've added insult to injury if I had to sacrifice my own batteries.

Batteries leaked

I had originally purchased these as kitchen accent lights. We used them rarely since we have other LED Strip lights on the cabinets. I went to use them yesterday and none of them worked. Since all 5 lights failed to work, I assumed the battery in the remote control had failed. After checking and seeing that the remote battery was OK, I opened the LED light assemblies and found that all 5 lights had leaking and corroded batteries. I have never seen this amount of failure from Duracell Batteries. The shelf life date on the batteries was 2024.

Great product

Great product but power consumption even while off is terrible. Lights the areas very well but the cost of batteries will have you paying several times for the cost of the lights. Can't understand the consumption of power when in the off position????

You can also utilize the timer feature on the remote to have them automatically turn off. Won't work

I bought these less than 2 months ago. At 1st they were bright, then one or two of the lights would be dimmer even after trying to get it to go brighter using the buttons. Now the remote doesn't work at all. I've had this LESS than 2 months !!! Now I have these things stuck under my cabinets and cannot be used !! Suggestions ?!?! I recommended this to a friend when I first bought it, regrets .

Classy!

We have a modest home and rarely entertain so I bought these to provide a bit of indirect lighting to our dustables displayed atop of our kitchen cabinets. Looks great but also found them such pleasant lighting for dusk and dawn that I use them everyday! Just love them!

Batteries eroded

I truly loved the lights in the beginning until one day I noticed one of the lights were out. Upon checking the other batteries to determine if they needed to be changed. That's when I realized Out of 8 lights 6 of them had exploded and eroded batteries and I only used them 3 times for a period of 10 to 15 minutes.
