Does it blend??? Yes!

Super awesome product! Me and my boyfriend got it to use as a food processor to make vegan dishes and we are really happy! It is loud but like that is expected. Big recommend!!

Love my Ninja blender

I have bought cheap blenders and have always had to replace them because they stop working. Wee got a Ninja air fryer and love it. Next though was to add to it with the blender. Best decision EVER! And it comes with a chopper.

Throw all others..this one gets the job done!!

This blender is awesome. I threw away 3 small appliances and replaced them with this one. It is precision at its best. You won’t be disappointed with this purchase. The only thing I wish it came with is 2 of the portable cups.

Powerful touchscreen kitchen system for blending a

The Ninja Smart Screen Kitchen System is a powerful and versatile appliance that combines blending, food processing, and nutrient extraction in one unit. The smart touchscreen automatically recognizes the attached container and shows the appropriate preset programs, making it simple to use. With a high-power motor and Auto-iQ programs, it easily crushes ice, blends smoothies, chops ingredients, and even mixes dough. The multiple attachments add convenience and flexibility, making it a great all-in-one solution for everyday kitchen prep.

GOOD LUCK GETTING PARTS!!

I bought this thinking how nice it was that Sam's Club had it, and at a great price too! Then I needed parts. I bought it less then a year ago, Ninja DOES NOT MAKE PART FOR THIS MODEL. That's right, still being sold in the store, but they quit making parts.

Pitcher Cracks Will Never Buy Another Ninja

First of all customer service is difficult to obtain, and that is the way I am sure they want it. There is no phone # or email address in the literature accompanying the product, nor on their website. You have to request a call back at a certain time. The unit seems to work well but the large 72 oz pitcher cracked at the bottom within a few months of purchase. The cracks propagated with new ones starting, and liquid leaked all over the place to where I could not use it. I called for warranty service and they want to charge me $30 for shipping a replacement. But, I have to disable my unit by cutting the power cord and sending them a picture of that. I do not want to do that because I want to use the smaller cup blender and the food processor in the meantime. The customer service rep. claims they do not have the pitcher available in stock for replacement, which is all I need. So I am going to attempt to seal the cracks. I will never buy any Shark or Ninja product again.

Great Price!

This was $60 - $70 less than everyone else's price! I bought the Mega Ninja System from Sam's in NM so many years ago I can't Remember. It still works, but the motor is starting to complain from time to time. Probably because I have used the processor bowl to make bread dough or pizza dough almost weekly. W hat a help to an old lady like me. The larger motor and touch screen are a dream! This new one is easy to use, self explanatory, actually. Can hardly wait to try the shredding/slicing disc. My old one did not have one. Thank you Sam's Club! Carrie B

This one has NO replacement parts!

It works fine. A little on the small side compared to my last Ninja, which burned out, but otherwise good. I ordered it thinking I would do like I did with my previous one - order extra smoothie cups, since we have a large family and can go through 3 or 4 a day. No such luck - there are NO PARTS for this machine! Now the main blender part is cracking too, and since Ninja doesn't even have the model included on their site, I'm on the search for a replacement already only 2 years later. Thinking I might not buy another Ninja with it breaking so fast and there being no parts (an issue that is NOT covid related - I was contacting Ninja to get parts before covid and they said they didn't have them for this model!)

Poorly made; do not buy

We’ve had ninja blenders forever and replace them every few years when they break. However, this product caused me to be done with Ninja and put in the extra money to upgrade to a vitamix. Immediately upon washing all the pieces before use I noticed many places where water gets in and you cannot take it apart to dry, which is just waiting for mold to happen. I used the big pitcher ONCE for blending a soup, nothing heavy duty and there were already CRACKS in the bottom of the pitcher. Upon reading reviews for ninja blenders in general I learned that the cracked pitchers are common and warranty DOES NOT cover the pitcher, only the base. Plus the warranty is only a 1 year limited warranty, “limited” meaning it doesn’t cover any parts. So yes, it’s cheaper than a vitamix but you’ll either end up replacing it within a year or shelling out another $80ish or more for new parts. It’s a shame that such a good company has resorted to making such a crappy product. My recommendation is just to put in the extra money and get a better product with a decent warranty (vitamix, oster, etc have 5-7 year warranties).
