The head stopped moving. Took it apart and saw that a plastic pulley had melted on the shaft. Instead of sending me a new head, they made me buy a new head. They do not warranty the head unit! So much for the 5 year warranty. I paid for the head and popped it on. Now I'm waiting for that one to fail. I have two Shark vacuums and they work great when they aren't breaking parts. Because of the cheap moving parts, I will not be buying their products again.

way easier to use than my hoover, very easy to set up! got it for my 15 yo daughter since she had such a hard time with the hoover, it's almost like its self propelled with the brush roller on, the steering is super easy and tight, canister is big and easy to empty, and did it pull a lot of dirt out. roller is very accessible and has NO belt. its a direct drive liked it so much i got one for my son in another state, he LOVES it

Falls over, hose is too short. Bruised my leg when, once again, it fell over. Easy to break things every time it falls over. Terrible mobility. Attachments fall off a lot also. Don't buy!

I initially purchased this as I borrowed one and it did so well with pet hair. However the brush is so powerful that after less than 10 months my rugs are showing damage. I used it on my couch twice and it did damage there as well. Very effective but at the cost of my rugs and furniture.

I didn't like the Shark Lift Away because the handle wouldn't stay on while vacuuming and I didn't like the mop because you have to plug it in.

Love the easiness of use with hose for corners on board.
