I drank the Red Bull at home to give me some energy to cook and do dishes. I was able to get what I needed done. I thought it had a good amount of caffeine and was not too much.

Unfortunately due to cost and heart palpitations I no longer consume them on a daily basis, however I do prefer it to a cup of coffee for energy here and there. The taste isn't for everyone, and it's a 50/50 on whether it's going to help or just give you jitters.

When I’m lacking energy before entering the gym I drink one helps me focus and get my workout done . It’s a nice taste too way different than other energy drinks. I don’t get a crash like other energy drinks.

The carbonation is light, and the small can makes it easy to finish. It’s effective for a quick boost, but best enjoyed only occasionally due to caffeine.

My personal preference in taste I would not choose the original flavor. I prefer blueberry instead. Reviewing the ingredients I wish they were a tad healthier and simple ingredients.
