On days where i feel sluggish or low on energy especially when I have to work I usually pick up a red bull. Like all energy of course theres that crash but i can say that this always gets the job done and i feel very energized

I seldom drink Red Bulls but when I do I strictly do for the taste. I try to stay away from them for health reasons. As far as energy goes they do give you the jitters which is why I knocked off a star.
