It will wake you right up and give you the perfect boost of energy ! I've tried monster, 5 hr energy, Reign , Bang , and others ! By far Red Bull is the best tasting and actually does the job it's suppose to , which is give you energy ! Red bull gives me wings lol love an ice cold bull at work. It is energy drink You might get used to it. You have to give Yourself adequate thought - is this energy worth Your health in long term use. It is fine for short time charge up. Not causing me so much heartburn as mostly other brand's energy drinks, but in long term use it is bad for health - basically as anything in exceeded dosages and high caffeine/sugar.
