I adore Red Bull because it's a delicious beverage that provides me energy. The commercial always claims that it gives you wings; if that were true, I would be soaring everywhere right now, but that's not where I am 😂 In any case, I suggest that if you need energy, this is the best-tasting drink; nevertheless, it will definitely make you crash. Everything you consume-whether it be food, drink, supplements, or any other kind of energy-will lead you to crash. I enjoy this drink; it's my go-to; I purchase it frequently and have one every morning or whenever I can afford it. Since everyone is different, I can't say the same for everyone else.

Red bull seems to be a standard go to for energy type drinks. I've always enjoyed the taste, it is quite unique in that sense, very sweet. I always buy the Apricot and Strawberry Red Bull because the flavor is AMAZING. It tastes very nostalgic, like some yogurt I had as a child. I can't get enough of this flavor!!! People say it's not good for you, but looking at the ingredients, it's already better than other brands, such as Celsius or Monster. I loved (still love) the taste of Red Bull when it's nice and cold. Unfortunately, I can no longer drink one. 😩 I suffer from acid reflux and Red Bull and sodas affect it. I would still drink it if it didn't cause my bad breath. I want others to taste the yummy-ness of Red Bull.
