Ingredients are pretty typical for a standard energy drink, no crazy additives or whatever other drinks are trying to sell to you to sound amazing. This does the job, if I ever require more boost than this, it's definitely a lifestyle or health problem that I need to change or do something about. The size and serving is fine, I only needed half the can and I was good to go.

The :8.3 of this 250ml can is perfect. It doesn't give me anxiety or heart palpitations like some other energy drinks do.
