Honestly, I don't drink it all the time, but before a workout I'll grab a Red Bull if I'm feeling a bit sluggish. Within 10–15 minutes I notice I'm more awake and just in the right headspace to train harder. It's become a little ritual for me on the days I need that extra push.

The packaging is sleek and small enough to throw in whatever bag I take to work. I do not notice a strong scent which i prefer, but this drink is consistently hitting the mark in energy and taste. At 80mg of caffeine with no high fructose corn syrup, low sodium, and ~100 cals it is the first thing I reach for when I work early mornings.

I prefer drinking it over ice or as a slushie with fruit. It's easy to drink and is a good size. Not too much that I get jittery. Overall, if I am drinking an energy drink I prefer a red bull.

I don't get a filmy taste afterwards or a sugar spike. I don't always get an energy boost, but I do get locked in and stay focused on tasks better.

I love the 8.4 fluid ounce can because it's not too much energy but it definitely helps you get the job done! I feel like for the price it's definitely not bad and I was very impressed with how quickly it made me wake up! I love Red Bull, I think it's the perfect energy drink to kick that mid day slump and keep you energized throughout the day but does not disrupt your sleep! The best of both worlds, you can either store it in the fridge for a crisp cold one or keep it out if you prefer lukewarm warm. Go get them
