This is the only energy drink that I can have.That doesn't give me jitters.I still have to kind of sip it throughout the day.But this is the only thing that will get me through a shift or a busy day.

Yes I love some natural alternatives but something about good old fashioned red bull just hits right. You can also make some good drinks with it which is great. When I'm lacking energy before entering the gym I drink one helps me focus and get my workout done . It's a nice taste too way different than other energy drinks.
