It give you a good pick me up without making you feel jittery or over-caffeinated. It's super fair priced and easily accessible. As a daily caffeine source I can't use it because I do get jittery and feel my heart beating faster, but I do use this as my go to energy drink when I really need it. The small red bull doesn't make me feel like my heart will beat out of my chest! Just a good energized feeling.
