I bought this k-Elite brewer recently and I am very happy I did. I bought the first one in 2013 and just wanted a new one. Now a family member is enjoying the old one. That's excellent service.

I had my coffee maker for 1 year. It wouldn't work anymore. So to soothe me they send me a smalll T cup. Also was told that either the t cups i or 20% offf another coffee maker that costs more than the store prices. So no more Keurig for me.

The last box I purchased is bland and seems almost like it is decaf. I previously bought it for its bold flavor and the caffeine buzz. Now it seems to have neither. Why did you change it?

I have had my Keurig about 4 years now, and I have had many favorite coffees. BUT, this is by far my all time favorite. I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, and this is my Dunkin' Donuts coffee at home. I LOVE it!

This was the first one i had ever tried, and i never forgot the taste, this was the reason i decided to purchase my own coffee machine. I have continued to buy this over and over. it's sweet, strong , and just perfect. Very good.

This brand I tried in a variety pack. I mix and match this one with my other flavors because I feel it has a smooth taste and goes well with my morning danish.

You changed the flavor and it's awful, undrinkable. I loved it before, what did you do to it? Now I have to start over finding a good, balanced & bold coffee. ARE YOU GOING TO CHANGE IT BACK? If not, Adios..

Good Black cup-o-joe. I tried this coffee because it mentioned it was sweet however it was not. It is a great tasting, clean black coffee that goes very well with a good Donut.

If you just want a cup of coffee, nothing fancy, but taste great then I recommend donut shop. It taste great and doesnt' leave that long lasting coffee breath. I have tried them all and this one is my favorite!
