I believe in the expression that there is no such thing as a bad cup of coffee. Until now. My office was about half way through a box of Donut Shop Coffee and I got cup delivered through our new Keurig that tasted and smelled exactly like burnt rubber and cigar ash. I let each of my office members take a taste and we all agreed that it was not a drink that could be consumed. I removed the cover from the plastic cup and there was not so much as a hint of coffee aroma or taste. We have thrown the entire rest of the box away and will be buying only name brand reliable coffee labels in the future. This label is not reliable.

We've missed it!

I have a fairly new Keurig and these pods do not allow the water to drip through correctly. You get a very small stream of coffee coming out of the pod before the machine shuts off. I have to run the pod through 2 times. For this reason, I gave them a 1 star rating.

Tried 3 different pods, all made maybe a 1/3 or 1/2 of what they were supposed to make. Keurig brewer has no problems with Newman's, Dunkin Donuts, etc. Last attempt resulted in spewed grounds and coffee all over counter top. Needles are all clean, brews any other brand.

when ordering online beware that they will double bill u without letting u know then they say there holding that money till u recieve ur coffe and will replace it then hgope they really do would not be so bad if we knew this upfront glad it wasnt a big order last order ill place

I usually fill reusable filters with my own coffee ground from African dark roast beans but I ran out the other day and my sister and niece brought me some Donut Shop dark roast K-cups. I was expecting a coffee lighter than I really care for but I was surprised to get a nice robust strong but still smooth coffee. I was honestly surprised to get this from Donut Shop as I thought they were more catering to mainstream medium roast drinkers but this is a really good dark roast. I drink coffees from around the world and even grind and blend my own mixes from Kenya, Ethiopia, Costa Rica and Colombia but from now on I will be keeping some of Donut Shop's K-cups on hand for when I want a quick cup of good coffee. Cheers!

I personally like Coffee's that taste like coffee. I like to smell my coffee when it brews. I was not able to smell my "Original Donut Shop" coffee while it brewed. I automatically knew it was going to be flat, tasteless, and with a lingering after taste. It was a slight bitter at the end as well.

I just use my brewer for myself and company and everyone love it the freshest the flavor of the coffee and most of all the brewer in general the way it works and the style mine is black with a blue lighting its so pretty. Whoever came up with this type of brewer for the home needs a big fat raise and I would love to shake his hand or whoever may had a hand in it I THANK YOU KEURIG Carolyn J Allen

I thought this coffee was delicious, but there was something wrong with the way the cups were made that caused them to constantly malfunction, leaving a pile of watery, messy grounds inside a half-full mug and all over the Keurig every time I tried to brew a cup of it, so I had to throw out most of the box. No other flavor or brand of K-Cups causes this problem, so I know it's the way these particular cups were made: defective.

the last two boxes I have purchased almost every other K-Cup left me with a mug full of grounds. I have had this problem only with this particular brand of K-Cup. The flavor is smooth, a bit mild for my taste but by no account does it taste bad. Its just hard to justify purchasing again when a good amount of the cups have gone to waste.
